1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on SMMView ("the Platform") and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
SMMView provides a social media marketing (SMM) panel platform that allows users to purchase social media services including followers, likes, views, comments and related metrics across supported platforms. All services are delivered automatically via the Platform's order processing system.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@smmviwe.live if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Payments and Wallet
All services are paid via your Platform wallet balance. Wallet funds are added via cryptocurrency (USDT) deposits. Wallet balances are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. Deposits are credited after manual verification by our team.
6. Service Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on service demand and provider availability. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including third-party platform restrictions or outages.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform to purchase services for accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to manage. You may not use the Platform for any illegal purpose. You may not attempt to exploit, hack or reverse-engineer the Platform. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
8. Third-Party Platform Terms
Purchasing social media services may violate the terms of service of the relevant social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). You acknowledge and accept this risk. smmview is not liable for any actions taken by social media platforms against your account as a result of using our services.
9. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that purchased services will result in specific outcomes including increased revenue, brand deals, algorithm boosts or viral content. Results vary based on content quality, account history and platform algorithms beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMMView and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
