SMMView collects the information you provide during registration (email address, username) and information generated through your use of our platform (order history, wallet transactions, usage logs). We do not collect payment card data — all payments are made via cryptocurrency and we only receive confirmation of transaction completion.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform, process orders, send transactional emails (order confirmations, deposit notifications, OTP verification codes) and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text. Access to user data is restricted to authorised SMMView personnel on a need-to-know basis.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and ensure platform functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data may be collected in aggregate, anonymised form to help us improve the platform.
5. Email Communications
We send transactional emails necessary for platform operation (registration confirmation, OTP codes, order updates, deposit notifications). You cannot opt out of transactional emails while maintaining an active account. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements for financial transaction records.

8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Resend (email delivery), Upstash (rate limiting), Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their data handling.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
