Common Questions
My order is stuck — what should I do?
Log in to your dashboard, find the order and click 'Check Status'. If the order remains stuck after 30 minutes, contact support with your order ID.
My deposit hasn't been credited.
Crypto deposits are manually reviewed. Please allow up to 2 hours. If your deposit is not credited after 2 hours, contact support with your transaction hash.
I want to cancel an order.
Orders that have not started processing can be cancelled from the dashboard for a full refund to your wallet balance. Started orders cannot be cancelled.
I need an invoice for my purchase.
Email support@smmviwe.live with your account email and the transaction date and we will send you an invoice within 48 hours.
